I have my ARCT in Piano Pedagogy and Piano Performance as well as a Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Education from the U of T.  I have also studied organ and am currently studying the Double Bass.

I have been teaching piano and theory for thirty years and have had many students of all levels achieve successful RCM examination results in both practical and theoretical subjects.  I have also been a MYC teacher for many years and currently contribute to the music based pre-school program, “Little Fiddles”.

I have been a member of the ORMTA for 24 years and have held executive positions at both the branch and provincial levels.

Outside of teaching I am an accompanist, an examiner for the RCME and I play double bass in the NBSO.
